Mayhem for Freedom
Mayhem for Freedom is an online fitness awareness event, net proceeds benefiting the fight against human trafficking.There are over 40 million people enslaved around the world and Mayhem Mission, along with Atlas Free, believes in doing what we love in order to fight what we hate. Together, we will impact the world.
The Mayhem for Freedom event will begin at 10:30am (central) with the anticipated workout start time beginning at 10:50. We hope that you are able to join us at this time wherever you are and don’t forget to add your scores to the leaderboard at the conclusion of the event.
This awareness event is designed to be done at your local gym or at home, no matter your fitness level! The workout consists of two options. Either a bodyweight workout which requires no equipment, as well as a higher-level option with equipment.
